What the report reveals

• 71% of leaders frequently hear calls from their workforce for greater investment in safety and security.
• 99% plan to invest more in workforce safety and security technology over the next five years, with 68% planning a moderate or significant increase.
• 81% report savings of £400k or more from technologies designed to improve workforce safety and security. In the UK and Ireland, that figure rises to 90%.
• 99% say recent technology improvements have freed up workers’ time, enabling teams to focus on higher-value activities such as preventative maintenance, safety checks and upskilling.
• 85% agree physical operations are becoming more desirable to young workers, with protective cameras, automation and personalised performance data supporting recruitment and retention.
